  • Founder/Managing Principal


    Amy Infante founded Plan B Consultants, Inc. in May 2006 after recognizing a void in the hotel and resort industry for customized, hands-on sales and "do it for you" sales & marketing management.

    Plan B’s clients benefit from Amy’s in-depth sales, marketing, and revenue management industry experience through partnerships with major hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Marriott, Radisson, Crowne Plaza and Omni – as well as independent and boutique hotels.

    With her vast array of hotel brand and market exposure, Amy evolves easily and is able to adapt to any business climate while providing creative solutions for achieving marketing and revenue goals in difficult times. For example, she delivered more than 100 percent of budgeted group sales revenue to a brand-new luxury hotel in San Francisco during one of the city’s slowest economies in the post-9/11 and dotcom bust, and she has been providing this same caliber of return on investment to her clients ever since. With this tenacity and discipline, Amy consistently exceeds expectations for her clients during phases of brand transition, pre-opening, renovation, and rebirth.

    A testament to her exceptional work in the industry, Amy is repeatedly sought after by past employers and industry colleagues to provide expertise and direct revenue generation during their own times of transition, change, and challenge. Amy is graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising along with a minor in Marketing. She earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Villanova University and Certificate of Revenue Management through Cornell University. Amy was Director of Corporate Travel for 5 IHG-managed hotels in the San Francisco market previous to starting Plan B Consultants.
  • Director of Business Intelligence
    Katie Donner | Director of Business Intelligence: Katie supports all of our projects & customers by sharing business insights and data and help tell the story and give meaning to the data.  She shares insights with customers who need consulting on their current business challenges.  The role of Analytics is to also help us understand the data to make adjustments to strategy.  Katie has become proficient in the organization of sales blitz activities and sales blitz logistics, completion of RFPs and is well versed in customer service and guest satisfaction with just under ten years of hospitality service.

    Prior to working at Plan B Consultants, Katie worked as an Administrative Expert of Operations, Sales, and Marketing for Royco Hotels.  Katie filled a unique position, coordinating the information flow between all of the hotel managers, the many departments of the corporate home office, and the regional directors in the field. She dealt with the emotional swing of customer complaints and the joy of recognizing heroes of guest satisfaction. Her accuracy, professionalism, and dedication helped her earn the coveted Employee Choice Award at Royco Hotels National Convention after her first year of service. In 2006, Katie graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management.

    Dana Smith | Content Creator & Innovator: Dana has excelled in business-to-business digital marketing, social sales, and website management. She is responsible for providing customer service, sales support, and digital marketing support to our hotel partners. Whether designing fact-sheets for your property, or managing quarterly email marketing campaigns, Dana will work with you to develop creative solutions for building & maintaining client relationships.

    Prior to working with Plan B Consultants, Dana worked within the hospitality industry for seven years at several event venues and hotels.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Restaurant, & Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2012.
  • Director of Operations
    Brad Bowdino | Director of Operations: Brad assists in the budgeting, operational planning, execution, and management all projects for our hotel partners. He is responsible for delivering the highest-quality results, and ensuring all deliverables are met. He has become proficient in defining project scope, ensuring technical feasibility, and quality performance measurement.

    Prior to working with Plan B Consultants, Bradley gained two years of experience in business development, through internships working with Nebraska Senator Ken Schilz and Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital. Bradley graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics.
