Here at Plan B Consultants, Inc., we’ve been diligently, patiently (well…with as much patience as I could have), somewhat quietly & methodically building Sales4Hire™. Much like we’ve built all of our services, we’ve been listening to our clients, feeling their pain points, and testing different versions of our creation until we find something truly meaningful that will serve the hospitality industry in the best way, AND feed our passion. Because quite frankly, why do anything unless it feeds your passion? What’s the point?
Over the past year, Sales4Hire™ has been blooming. Much like any business now a days, the dynamics are quickly changing and we are always learning, growing, evolving, and answering the call… answering the needs of our customers. Now it is time. Time to create a larger team that will continue to feed this monstrous idea that answers the frustrations of so many hotel owners & sales leaders. Time to find energetic, daredevils, with a fire in their belly, and a passion to serve!
Why do I say “energetic”? Because to work independently, autonomously, and remotely one must have positive energy. Not just any energy, but rocket fuel. The kind of energy that can jump into a project, learn the ropes, navigate a not-so-clear path and then bust out with solutions, ACTION, and RESULTS faster than most might think humanly possible. Unfortunately, our clients don’t always see what we see, and one must shield this positive, high-vibrational energy from other’s sometimes gloomy, fearful or worried negativity. At Sales4Hire™, we do not allow our energy to be siphoned by others. We always remain positive, because we know what to do to deliver results, and we do it. Quite simple.
Why “daredevils”? A Sales4Hire™ Business Management Consultant is a solid, stable and very lucrative position. It will feed the mind, the passion and the pocketbook of anyone who truly wants to make a difference and serve. But, I also know that it takes guts to make change, and that most will stop short. If you believe in “ask and it is given” and that “you are the creator of your life, not the manager of your circumstances” we’d probably fit together like peas and carrots!
Why do I say with a “fire in their belly?” Several years ago another manager shared a phrase with me that says, “I’d rather tame a lion than put a firecracker up a mouse’s rear.” How could you forget that? It’s comedic, but it’s effective. We are seeking self-starters. Our clients for the most part have tried all the standards, they’ve been disenfranchised by sales, and they are seeking a partner with solutions that just simply get it done. No dog & pony show, no more talky-talky… they just want to see the action but most importantly the results. We have all the processes, systems & solutions, and an operating rhythm which is our backbone of how we deliver exceptional results. Our team has the support they need to be wildly successful at delivering; however, without the fire… the entrepreneurial mindset & determination it won’t happen.
Why a “passion to serve?” The reason having a “passion to serve” is a non-negotiable to me for anyone on our team is because I believe 100% that Sales4Hire™ is not about “me.” It never has been and it never will be. It is about serving the needs of hotel owners & hotel sales leadership in a much bigger way, so that in turn they can serve their guests and employees, who then can serve their families, teams, communities, etc… and I’m sure you can see where this is headed. It’s a cycle. When we give our talents selflessly to others in need, they can give their talents and be at their best.
